What is a decant?
The process of decant is to extract a liquid or fragrance and transfer it, within a sterile environment, to another container.
What will I receive?
You will receive a decanted beautiful fragrance extracted from an original luxury perfume bottle.
Our products are repackaged into a smaller bottle without any resemblance to the original packaging.
What sizes will you provide?
We offer two options:
- 10ml spray glass bottle
- 15ml roll-on bottle
The roll-on version is long-lasting since nothing is wasted by spraying the fragrance.
Typically, what is the concentration of a fragrance?
The average range of aromatic compound in a fragrance is:
- Parfum or extrait (pure perfume): 15–40% (typically ~20%)
- Esprit de parfum (ESdP): 15–30%
- Eau de parfum (EdP) or parfum de toilette (PdT): 10–20% (typically ~15%)
- Eau de toilette (EdT): 5–15% (typically ~10%)
- Eau de Cologne (EdC): 3–8% (typically ~5%)
- Eau fraiche: 3% or less aromatic compounds and are diluted with water rather than oil or alcohol.
Perfumes mature as they age. This means the fragrance can alter somewhat, often to a deeper and fuller version of itself.
I love the sample! I want to buy the full-sized bottle.
Unfortunately, we do not sell the full bottles.
We encourage buyers to purchase the full product at a verified stockist or at the manufacturer's flagship store. This will assure that you get a high-quality original product.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide in accordance with Hazardous Materials requirements.
How much does shipping cost?
Britain:
- Free shipping on all orders
International:
- Flat rate of £13.00 and £5 for any additional item.
How long does shipping & delivery take?
We ship all orders by Standard Royal Mail and International Standard Royal Mail.
- Order processing: 2 days (from Mo-Fri only).
Orders that arrive on Friday after 12noon or on weekends, are processed the following Monday.
- 2-5 days within Britain.
- 7-10 business days for European destinations
- Up to 14 business days for other international destinations.
Can I return an item for a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. We offer this service for perfume lovers of luxury fragrances meaning our margins are very small to offer refunds on perishable goods.
- Perfumes fall under the Category Perishable Items and are non-returnable due to Health & Safety regulations (contamination risks). We can therefore not restock and resell the product.
My item arrived damaged.
You can return damaged items that are unopened in the original packaging. We will be happy to provide an exchange.
- Please notify us within 24-hours of the parcel arrival to notify us of damaged goods.
- Photo proof of damage need to be emailed to us before the return.
- All return postage is accepted by tracked delivery only. The costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please contact us for the return address to the stocking warehouse.
